Most of the Transports are human, but if your character heads into the clinic then over a series of days (probably four visits in a month, one per week... ideally, assuming things are running smoothly in game) their vitals will be taken in order to ascertain what the healthy ranges are for them.

They will also fill in a form (everyone has to do this) for medical records and just asked to give as much information about their species and health as they possibly can, any known allergies or differences from human treatments, etc.

Your character can donate blood that will be kept in case of any health emergency for your character that winds up needing transfusions, although hopefully with all the magical medical people around, that sort of crisis won't ever happen.

There is the option to speak with non-human members of the clinic if your character would prefer.

There are also some other potential ideas in the work utilising the help of shapeshifters, but those are super duper duper rudimentary and also confidential ICly.

Every Tuesday the clinic is open to accept blood donations. They keep a record, Transports are only allowed to donate blood every twelve weeks, maximum. (Note: although the clinic has a blood collection day once a week, characters who need to consume blood etc can grab it any time they need, more details below.)

Currently they are building up a bloodbank of magically replicated blood in different types, including the blood of different species on board.
This is being done with the help of Ella Ellis lar but not currently widely broadcast because they are making sure all the blood is medically viable (and also edible for vampires, thank you Seras Victoria bloodthirsts.)
This means they have a steady supply of blood for any Transports that need to consume it, as much as they might need, or in case of a medical emergency. For all intents and purposes, the magically produced blood is a perfect replication of human blood.

They are continuing to try and secure alternate plans for securing blood (such as your regular donation and collection) in case any characters with conjuring abilities leave the Moonbase permanently.

The main contact point regarding blood donation would currently be Donny Casey bumbles BUT if this is something you or your character would be interested you should totally comment here because MORE BLOOD ORGANISING PEOPLE, YES.
